1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the School Testing & Assessment Tracker (STAT), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a school or organization, you are agreeing to these terms for that institution.

2. Use of the Platform

STAT is designed strictly for educational testing, grading, and material distribution. Students agree to abide by their school's academic integrity policies while taking online exams. Teachers agree to use the platform only for legitimate educational assessments.

3. Academic Integrity

Cheating, unauthorized sharing of exam materials, or attempting to manipulate the exam timer or submission system is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to school administration.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. School administrators are responsible for ensuring only authorized personnel are granted "Teacher" or "Admin" roles.

5. Modifications

We may modify these terms to comply with educational regulations. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
